Employee Medicals

For many years we have conducted pre-start medicals for site staff and annual health questionnaires for office and
site staff alike.

At this year’s annual Health & Safety Awareness Day, we committed to full 3 yearly medicals for all site teams
and engaged occupational clinicians to conduct annual health questionnaires on our behalf.

The 2017 medicals have all now been conducted and we are delighted to confirm that all site employees were
assessed based on the following criteria and every one was issued with a fit to work note that will be stored on our
Xmoman Management Information System:

Blood Pressure
Skin
Musculoskeletal
Hearing
Colour Perception
Urinalysis
Vision
HAVS
Lung Function
Safety Critical

We are delighted that our workforce has been independently declared fit to work on our clients’ sites and our health
monitoring programme is ongoing.

We are all a product of learning. Every skill we have; everything we know; everything we believe and everything we do has been learned
throughout the course of our lives. Some of us learn best by studying graphs and charts, some through visual presentations, a nd some by
reading detailed text books. It is important that we receive information in a format that works for us as individuals! That’s why at Xmo
Strata we use a variety of communication platforms such as bulletins, newsletters, videos etc. However, if you feel there is a better way for
us to share health and safety information, please let us know. Ultimately, your safety is in your hands – but we will do all we can to keep
you well informed!
