Construction Design and Management Regulations

We recently implemented a module in our XmoMan Management Information System that assists with generating a
Construction Phase Plan for each project that we work on to ensure compliance with the Construction, Design and
Management (CDM) Regulations 2015.

The CDM regulations requires the creation of a Construction Phase Plan (CPP) file for any work involving
construction or removal.

All members of our project team have attended CDM Regulation Awareness training and understand the
responsibilities on them to ensure that the CPP is shared for jobs where it is applicable.

These can be reviewed and any additional job specific information added very quickly and easily and added to crew
tablets. This enables us to comply with this CDM requirement for even the smallest job.

The CPP files are then attached to crews work plan so they can be viewed from site on crew tablets.

Feedback from site and clients about these documents has been positive, if you have any further feedback or queries,
please contact your line manager.
