Six Steps to Digging Safely

In recent years, we have seen an increase in client safety bulletins relating to utilities strikes when digging work is
carried out and a number of our clients have experienced cable, pipework and fuel line strikes first hand; given the
potential fatal consequence of this happening, we adopted a strict ground disturbance regime and over the last two
years have developed a six step procedure to manage the process, detailed below the safety bulletin examples below:

We are all a product of learning. Every skill we have; everything we know; everything we believe and everything we do has bee n learned
throughout the course of our lives. Some of us learn best by studying graphs and charts, some through visual presentations, and some by
reading detailed text books. It is important that we receive information in a format that works for us as individuals! That’s why at Xmo
