Positive Interventions – Where we see somebody doing something potentially dangerous, we attempt
to intervene to try to stop the dangerous activity and eliminate the hazard to the person and all other site
users. Of the incidents where an intervention was possible, we intervened in 86% of cases.

Identifying more that 2000 hazards and making 40% of them safe at no cost to our client is something
that we should be very proud of. It gives us a good insight of the hazards that our team face and enables
us to review procedures that keep them safe. We will continue to raise awareness by way of weekly
bulletins, toolbox talks, site safety meeting, site safety checks, audits, and using safety shorts, moving
image and both behavioural and job specific training and would like to thank all of our employees and
subcontractors for their contribution to this success.
