Peer on Peer Audits
At our safety awareness day in December, we announced the introduction of peer on peer
audits where site operatives audit each other using the F1.3.1 audit form that was previously
only used by the management team. The objective of this is to encourage more time “talking”
about safety issues, as opposed to ticking boxes.
