ExxonMobil June Safety Overview
Please see enclosed self explanatory letter from
ExxonMobil.
We are pleased to see that after our significant
campaign and incentive scheme run last year, that
we are continuing to see near misses and potential
incidents reported and that the quality of the reports
is very high.
We encourage you to continue to report all potential
incident and near misses and as you will know from
the copies you receive, each report is investigated, Xmo Strata Accident Triangle 2010
and where we cannot deal with the problem
ourselves, the report is issued to the client to instigate further investigation.

About Risk
Risk management is a big step towards accident prevention; however, it is dependent on the risk firstly
being identified, then controlled. We need safety awareness to be instinctive and form an integral part
of both our working and home lives; it is this, in turn, that may save the lives of others. Remember: if
shared, risks can be mitigated before they pose a threat.
