After a thorough investigation we selected a Construction Fixing Association accredited expert, chose a
range of fixings that we use across a range of contracts and tested their suitability for the applications in
which they are used. Our tests allowed for the wind tunnel effect that is created when a corner section of
fascia is impacted, leaving an exposed void behind the sign and the substrate and we also conducted
tests on chemical anchor bolts.

We now have a comprehensive suite of factual load test reports and are able to demonstrate due
diligence to our clients based on structural calculations AND actual load tests conducted in situ on
fixings installed by us; we are pleased to confirm that all the fixings tested, as used by Xmo Strata
passed the mechanical tests conducted.

We are all a product of learning. Every skill we have; everything we know; everything we believe and everything we do has
