Customer Satisfaction
As part of our commitment to providing a professional, safe and quality service to our customers, we
ask for feedback from site staff on the Safety, Quality and Courtesy of our crews on site. This feedback
is monitored to ensure we are offering the best performance possible in line with our customers’
expectations.
We have just achieved a milestone of 25,000 “Excellent” ratings, which represents 91.6% of all the
customer ratings received. A further 8.1% of the ratings are rated by our customers as “Good”.
A big “Thank You” goes to all our site teams for their support in achieving this well-deserved
feedback.
In line with our ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001, we are striving for continual improvement and confirm
that we are happy to receive further suggestions for improvement from suppliers, subcontractors, staff
and clients alike.
We are all a product of learning. Every skill we have; everything we know; everything we believe and everything we do has
been learned throughout the course of our lives. Some of us learn best by studying graphs and charts, some through visual
presentations, and some by reading detailed text books. It is important that we receive information in a format that works
for us as individuals! That’s why at Xmo Strata we use a variety of communication platforms such as bulletins, newsletters,
videos etc. However, if you feel there is a better way for us to share health and safety information, please let us know.
Ultimately, your safety is in your hands – but we will do all we can to keep you well informed!
