Our target is to have no injuries whatsoever to our employees, other contractors or our
customers’ site patrons on any site that we work on and we will be working harder than ever
this year to achieve that objective and prevent no win-no fee claims against any of our
customers.

This is our 400 Health, Safety and Environmental Bulletin and it would be remiss of me not to
thank all the people that share incident information with us and employees who give us
suggestions for useful bulletin topics so that we are able to use these bulletins to raise the safety
awareness of our employees and contractors and make our sites as safe as they can be. To
generate so many bulletins that are pertinent to the work we do takes an enormous amount of
time and I am indebted to our team for their commitment to this important issue.

We are all a product of learning. Every skill we have; everything we know; everything we believe and everything we do has
been learned throughout the course of our lives. Some of us learn best by studying graphs and charts, some through visual
presentations, and some by reading detailed text books. It is important that we receive information in a format that works
for us as individuals! That’s why at Xmo Strata we use a variety of communication platforms such as bulletins, newsletters,
videos etc. However, if you feel there is a better way for us to share health and safety information, please let us know.
Ultimately, your safety is in your hands – but we will do all we can to keep you well informed!
