3. Design / location of chiller probe to be reviewed ASAP with view to allowing access for
maintanance at ground level.
4. Re-confirm accident reporting for Alliance Contractors – ALL contractors are to ensure their staff
are aware of what to do following an accident / near miss on BP Sites. Emergency contacts to be
regularly reviewed and amended especially during holiday periods.
Remember that any incidents, accidents or near misses that occur on any site MUST be reported
to the office immediately.
