Health, Safety & Environmental Bulletin No 163

                                         S Martin – 12 November 2009

Pinched Finger & First Aid Treatment

Please see enclosed two self explanatory safety alerts.

This highlights the need to always read and follow the JSA / safety method statement.
Any changes need for the specific site should be considered as part of the LMRA and
           documented (with appropriate control measures).

If you find the documented method in the JSA / safety method statement is unworkable
or missing steps, tell your Supervisor and send a note detailing the problem to the office
(you get 10 points towards the Hearts and Minds New York incentive for every written
           suggestion that is adopted).

Our individual safety is not solely in our hands, we have to rely on those around us to steer us away
from danger and warn us of potential hazards. We need safety awareness to be instinctive and form an
integral part of our working lives; it is this, in turn, that may save the lives of others.

If you have any queries regarding the Safety Bulletin content or require further information please
contact any staff member of Xmo Strata Ltd.
