Health, Safety & Environmental Bulletin No 143

                                            S Martin – 11 June 2009

                                                  Cut in fore-arm

Please see enclosed explanatory ExxonMobil Safety Alert.

Remember to always check your JSA’s before carrying out any work – even if you have
just received a TBT on the subject. If you do not have a JSA for the task, contact your
           supervisor immediately.

Please remember that the last minute risk assessment is an ongoing process, not just
something you do when completing your paperwork.

Our individual safety is not solely in our hands, we have to rely on those around us to steer us away
from danger and warn us of potential hazards. We need safety awareness to be instinctive and form an
integral part of our working lives; it is this, in turn, that may save the lives of others.

If you have any queries regarding the Safety Bulletin content or require further information please
contact any staff member of Xmo Strata Ltd.
