Health, Safety & Environmental Bulletin No 141

                                            S Martin – 28 May 2009

                                              Safety Letter & Alerts

Please see enclosed self explanatory ExxonMobil Safety Letter and two Safety Alerts.

Please remember that the last minute risk assessment is an ongoing process, not just
something you do when completing your paperwork.

The incidents reported reinforce the need to check your JSA/SMS to see the minimum
type of glove that you need to wear for each specific task. If you have not got a glove
type that matches the JSA/SMS stated minimum, contact your supervisor and DO NOT
           START WORK.

If you have any comments on the glove types specified in the JSA/SMS, or any other
constructive input into them, please let us know; we are always happy to listen and
implement suggestions as part of the ongoing development of our safe systems of work.

Our individual safety is not solely in our hands, we have to rely on those around us to steer us away
from danger and warn us of potential hazards. We need safety awareness to be instinctive and form an
integral part of our working lives; it is this, in turn, that may save the lives of others.

If you have any queries regarding the Safety Bulletin content or require further information please
contact any staff member of Xmo Strata Ltd.
