Together, the team identified the need to look at how LMRAs are carried out in practice and why they

are so fundamental to the safety of everyone who comes into contact with the company’s work.
The video depicts a possible scenario in which LMRAs could prove vital, the benefits of positive

intervention, as well as 10 key points to consider when thinking about the LMRA process.
In essence, we are highlighting the importance of identifying potential hazards in advance of them

causing an incident or injury.

As always, we do not see safety as a competitive issue – instead we actively encourage others to use

our videos (and bespoke checklists etc) in the hope that they may benefit the safety of others in the
wider industry.
