2016 Safety Message

Please see enclosed safety message from ExxonMobil.

At the time of writing, our safety performance for 2016 looks strong, with our Potential Incident reporting for 2016
being almost double that of 2015 per 100,000 hours worked (816 PI/100k hour in 2016, 412 PI/100k hour in 2015).

We continue to completely mitigate 41% of all PI’s at the time of discovery (42% in 2015, 40% overall), with an
additional 8% of PI’s being controlled to reduce the risk, all at no cost to the customer.

I would like to thank everyone that has contributed to this success for continuing to report incidents and would ask
that you continue to mitigate any hazards you find where it is safe to do so.

We are all a product of learning. Every skill we have; everything we know; everything we believe and everything we do has bee n learned
throughout the course of our lives. Some of us learn best by studying graphs and charts, some through visual presentations, a nd some by
reading detailed text books. It is important that we receive information in a format that works for us as individuals! That’s why at Xmo
Strata we use a variety of communication platforms such as bulletins, newsletters, videos etc. However, if you feel there is a better way for
us to share health and safety information, please let us know. Ultimately, your safety is in your hands – but we will do all we can to keep
you well informed!
