Q3 HSSE Review
We are pleased to confirm that due to an excellent effort by all involved, we are now on plan for Site Safety
Inspections, Safety Checks by Crews, Van Inspections and Van Checks.
In Q1-Q3 of 2016, we have identified 279 hazards and made 118 of them safe at the time of discovery. In total, that
equates to 1075 hazards made safe at no cost to our clients since we started keeping records.
Our only first aid incident this year relates to a Hiab operator getting a nosebleed and will be working hard (as always)
to ensure that no-one is hurt on an Xmo Strata site in 2016.
Q4 is traditionally our busiest period, so we would ask that you keep up the excellent levels of vigilance and continue
to be alert, use the LMRA process and make safe any hazards that you do identify and are able to.
