XmoMan Job Planning Module

In our 500th HSSE bulletin, we discuss the fact that we have spent most of the last year working on
further strengthening our XmoMan job planning module and the fact that we have built a robust system
to make it impossible for anyone to schedule work to an employee or subcontractor that is not
accredited as competent for the task.

As part of this procedure, we have developed an on-line training hub, with more than 20 interactive
training courses designed by Xmo Strata for Xmo Strata employees.

The courses are designed, written and produced by us and cover client specific rules and guidelines, job
specific instructional training and behavioural safety training to include “How To Safely Set Up A
Forecourt”, “Last Minute Risk Assessments”, “Hazard Spotting”, “How and when to make a positive
intervention” and many more.

Some of you will have already been engaged in the development of these courses, which all include a
question and answer session at the end that will help us measure the effectiveness of the training and
focus further training in the areas and with the people who need it.
