Tablet Access To JSA’s

Following feedback from crews, we have revised our
crew web portal to allow easier access to specific JSA’s
from crews tablet devices.

These are now available as a button from the home
page, which opens a hyperlinked list of all those
available.

The JSA’s themselves are presented in html so as to be
easily scaled by the device, and include hyperlinks to
other related JSA’s where they are referenced.

The web portal reads the JSA from the original
document and auto-generates the contents list, so
updating the web site is as easy as uploading the revised
excel document.

We welcome any feedback or constructive
suggestions relating to this new format, or
any of our other systems, especially from
the people using them at site level.

We are all a product of learning. Every skill we have; everything we know; everything we believe and everything we do has
been learned throughout the course of our lives. Some of us learn best by studying graphs and charts, some through visual
presentations, and some by reading detailed text books. It is important that we receive information in a format that works
for us as individuals! That’s why at Xmo Strata we use a variety of communication platforms such as bulletins, newsletters,
videos etc. However, if you feel there is a better way for us to share health and safety information, please let us know.
Ultimately, your safety is in your hands – but we will do all we can to keep you well informed!
