Please see enclosed two self explanatory bulletins from Global Alliance.

These posters are designed to highlight the reporting of near misses and potential
incidents so that we can learn from them and thereby reduce accidents.

Please remember to address unsafe behaviour at source to prevent potential injury or
property damage, and then report what you saw and what action you took; we can then
demonstrate to our customers that we are supporting them by keeping people safe and
delivering their safety message whenever we can.

About Risk

Risk management is a big step towards accident prevention; however, it is dependent on the risk firstly
being identified, then controlled. We need safety awareness to be instinctive and form an integral part
of both our working and home lives; it is this, in turn, that may save the lives of others. Remember: if
shared, risks can be mitigated before they pose a threat.
