Please see enclosed two self explanatory bulletins from ExxonMobil.
All tools must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and no
components / guards may be removed or modifications made. If any tools have been
damaged or safety shields / guards are missing, contact your supervisor for a
replacement.

Risk management is a big step towards accident prevention; however, it is dependent on the risk firstly
being identified, then controlled. We need safety awareness to be instinctive and form an integral part
