I am pleased to confirm that the XmoMan sort facility enables us to analyse results by
project, by customer and by engineer, so the results will be a specific part of each
individual’s annual performance appraisal or annual subcontractor accreditation.

I hope to share ALL results and trends at the Xmo Strata Safety Awareness day on 12
December 2008.

Please continue to promote safety at all times and remember that whilst on site, you are
representing both your company and our customer.

Being safe depends on the choices we make every day. The right choices can save lives. We want to
share safety information and help to raise industry awareness. Safety is not about getting one over on
the competition. We need to talk openly, share what we know and make the right choices.
