HSE Inspections

Please see enclosed self-explanatory bulletin that was shared with us by Artelia.

According to the latest HSE figures, there were 49 fatal accidents in the construction industry in
2011/12, and the results of the HSE inspections shows corners are still being cut on some sites.

Ensure you do not become a statistic - Always read and comply with your Safe System of Work
(JSA/JHA/SMS), carry out a Last Minute Risk Assessment and ensure your equipment is safe and used
properly. If any of your equipment or plant is not suitable and sufficient for its intended purpose,
contact your line manager immediately.

We are all a product of learning. Every skill we have; everything we know; everything we believe and everything
we do has been learned throughout the course of our lives. Some of us learn best by studying graphs and
charts, some through visual presentations, and some by reading detailed text books. It is important that we
