At a Health & Safety Review Day run by one of our customers on Tuesday 3 May, there were a few
minor concerns raised as to the lack of ankle protection offered by Rigger Boots.
This issue was raised by me at our monthly Health & Safety Review Meeting held today and the
concerns/risks were discussed.
After due consideration, we believe that there is little risk and therefore it is not commercially viable to
cease using Rigger Boots, however, we have revised our issue policy and with immediate effect all boots
issued will be ankle high safety boots offering improved ankle support.
