3no Risk is being brought to the attention of the person responsible.
3no No immediate action was necessary, long term action is needed.
2no No action has been taken to control risk.
7no Not applicable.
Please continue the excellent work throughout the rest of the year and continue to make our sites safe
places for our customers, their patrons and other contractors, even if the hazard you identify isn’t
anything to do with us. Each hazard that you address at source saves our customer the cost of calling
another contractor out, so adds genuine value to them and their business.

About Risk
Risk management is a big step towards accident prevention; however, it is dependent on the risk firstly
being identified, then controlled. We need safety awareness to be instinctive and form an integral part
of both our working and home lives; it is this, in turn, that may save the lives of others. Remember: if
shared, risks can be mitigated before they pose a threat.
