XmoMan Subcontractor Notification

Keeping track of subcontractor records can be time consuming. It is very easy to miss the fact that a
subcontractor’s insurance certificate is about to expire, requiring us to see their updated version, or that the next
review date is coming-up.

We have recently added a new module to our internal safety and management information system, XmoMan.
This keeps track of all the subcontractor details and sends an email to the admin and operations departments
when the relevant item is about to expire. If the expiry date passes before we receive the updated
documentation, then the system will prevent further orders being raised on that subcontractor.

This facility will enable us to request appropriate documentation before the deadline so that we can be sure no
subcontractor is ever without insurance or missing necessary approval status.
