Xmo Strata will be supporting an Energy Institute (EI) initiative to show its commitment to
improving its safety culture and setting clear safety objectives.
This initiative will investigate the varying views of health and safety and help employees
identify which view they take and how they can develop a more proactive approach to safety
at work:
Pathological ‘Who cares as long as we’re not caught’
Reactive ‘Safety is important, we do a lot every time we have an accident’
Calculative ‘We have systems in place to manage all hazards’
Proactive ‘We work on the problems that we still find’
Generative ‘SHE is how we do business round here’
