Exxon Mobil – MEWP Accident
Please find attached copy of accident investigation whereby the operator of a MEWP
broke his heel.
All MEWP users are reminded not to attempt to climb onto or off of the MEWP
platform whilst carrying materials – climb up using all the handrails and then have your
colleague pass you the materials.
