                                         Mental Health - Mindfulness



           Please  see  enclosed  a  posters  that  were  shared  with  us  by  our  strategic  health  partner,  All  Health
           Matters.

           Mindfulness  is  a  technique  used  to  reduce  stress  and  improve  concentration.    It  involves  actively
           focusing on a goal and being aware of your thoughts  and feelings.

           This does not have to take any significant time, just take a minute when you are feeling stressed to stop
           and  reconsider  what  is  important.    Concentrate  on  the  highest  priority  task,  set  yourself  a  goal  to
           complete that task before worrying about other tasks, don’t try to multitask.

           During breaks take the time to think about non-work activities, get up and walk away from your desk /
           work area.   Consider taking a walk outside.

           Don’t be embarrassed to ask for help, Lawrence and Lee have both been trained in Mental Health first
           aid and can provide confidential help, or you can contact our Employee Assistance Programme.



           We are all a product of learning. Every skill we have; everything we know; everything we believe and everything we do has
           been learned throughout the course of our lives. Some of us learn best by studying graphs and charts, some through visual
           presentations, and some by reading detailed text books. It is important that we receive information in a format that works for
           us as individuals! That’s why at Xmo Strata we use a variety of communication platforms such as bulletins, newsletters,
           videos etc. However, if you feel there is a better way for us to share health and safety information, please let us know.
           Ultimately, your safety is in your hands – but we will do all we can to keep you well informed!
