                                                   Driver Awards

Xmo Strata vehicles are monitored by a third party fleet driving organization that provides us with data
and statistics on how our vehicles are being driven. This includes speeding, cornering, acceleration,
lane handling and braking. Crews get immediate feedback via an in-vehicle indicator, and we issue the
driver league tables in our H&S minutes.

Each year, our provider awards “Fleet Elite” status to drivers around the world who have demonstrated
sustained excellence in driving performance and safety. The Fleet Elite program inspires drivers to act
as models for their colleagues by providing them with an official recognition of achievement and a
professional credential that will serve them throughout their career.

This year we are delighted that three of our employees have been recognized with an award.

Xmo Strata Sign Engineers, Paul Slater and Steward Catton, and HSEQ Auditor, Lawrence Allen have
been given driving safety awards. This is the second year running that Paul and Lawrence have
           received this award.

Since implementing a driver performance tracking system in 2015, and providing feedback to drivers,
the number of potentially unsafe events that the system tracks has substantially dropped, from 2.43
events per hour to 0.69 events per hour.

In June/July 2017 our monitoring of drivers allowed us to quickly identify a specific new employee who
was not following Xmo safe driving procedures and implement corrective action. The bump on the
below graphs show how a single person not following procedures can significantly increase the risk of
           an accident.
