Respect

Please see enclosed bulletin regarding respect at work, shared with us by Artelia.

We support and share Artelia’s policy for respect, courtesy and fair treatment of all people, including employees,
contractors, site staff and site patrons.

As part of our quality control systems, in 2007 we started encouraging site staff to rate our crews for Safety, Quality
and Courtesy during the sign-off stage of the works. Since then we have received 13,133 ratings for Courtesy,
94.0% of which are rated as Excellent, 5.8% Good, 0.17% Satisfactory, and only a single Poor rating (0.007%).

We are all a product of learning. Every skill we have; everything we know; everything we believe and everything we do has bee n learned
throughout the course of our lives. Some of us learn best by studying graphs and charts, some through visual presentations, and some by
reading detailed text books. It is important that we receive information in a format that works for us as individuals! That’s why at Xmo
Strata we use a variety of communication platforms such as bulletins, newsletters, videos etc. However, if you feel there is a better way for
us to share health and safety information, please let us know. Ultimately, your safety is in your hands – but we will do all we can to keep
you well informed!
