“In light of the ever-worsening weather conditions, please ensure you do all that is practicable to
ensure your workforce remains safe and travel routes are reviewed to firstly, ensure the route being
travelled is deemed to be safe not only on the outward journey, but also for the onward and/or return
journey. Please review the MET office [web site] to better understand the conditions which may affect
the area your workforce are working in not only today but for the foreseeable near-future. As stated in
previous periods of severe weather, all genuine instances of SLA's not being attainable due to the safety
concerns for your workforce, will be extended to reflect the impact of the weather.” - Sean Pointon,
LBU Manager, UK Full Service, CHP, ABB Ltd

Please make sure that you exercise extreme vigilance in these conditions and take extra precautions and
consider the risk of falling trees, signs or debris being blown around. Your safety is more important that
           any job.

We are all a product of learning. Every skill we have; everything we know; everything we believe and everything we do has
been learned throughout the course of our lives. Some of us learn best by studying graphs and charts, some through visual
presentations, and some by reading detailed text books. It is important that we receive information in a format that works
for us as individuals! That’s why at Xmo Strata we use a variety of communication platforms such as bulletins, newsletters,
videos etc. However, if you feel there is a better way for us to share health and safety information, please let us know.
Ultimately, your safety is in your hands – but we will do all we can to keep you well informed!
