Please find attached self explanatory Global Alliance Newsletter.

I would like to thank all of our employees and approved contractors for your continued
vigilance on ALL Xmo Strata and Xmo Veritas sites.

After much hard work, our near miss reporting is now improving and this is being
recognised by our more proactive customers.

Any teams who haven’t reported any near misses ought to ask whether all the sites they
attend re really 100% safe, or are we becoming complacent and turning a blind eye
because it’s easier.

Please remember to address unsafe behaviour at source, and then report what you saw
and what action you took; we can then demonstrate to our customers that we are
supporting them by keeping people safe and delivering their safety message whenever
we can.

“let’s make sure that we continue to make our sites THE SAFEST by helping ourselves, our colleagues,
our customers and even our competitors by improving training, helping where necessary and
addressing any issues of concern there and then”
