Top 10 Tips for Healthy Eyes

As we start the new year, we take it for granted that we are able to see to read this bulletin, see to drive
safely to work and see hazards clearly on site. Partially sighted, or people who are blind would give
anything to have the gift of sight that most of us are blessed with.

Please see enclosed a self-explanatory bulletin that was recently published by The Association of

top_10_tips_for_healthy_eyes.pdf), which offers tips in how we can protect our eyes.

It is Xmo policy to provide free eyesight tests to all company vehicle drivers, as well as computer
users. If you have trouble reading a number plate from 20 metres, you need to see an optician.

We are all a product of learning. Every skill we have; everything we know; everything we believe and everything we do has
been learned throughout the course of our lives. Some of us learn best by studying graphs and charts, some through visual
presentations, and some by reading detailed text books. It is important that we receive information in a format that works
for us as individuals! That’s why at Xmo Strata we use a variety of communication platforms such as bulletins, newsletters,
videos etc. However, if you feel there is a better way for us to share health and safety information, please let us know.
