Please see enclosed a self-explanatory bulletin that was shared with us by Gilbarco.

As we are approaching Winter (officially starts on 21 December), the weather is increasingly getting
wetter and colder, increasing the need to use windscreen wipers and washer jets. During your weekly
van check, ensure you check / top up the water levels, check the windscreen is clear and wipers work.

You may have read in the media that the number of fatal road accidents to cyclists in London is now
fourteen this year, with six deaths in a two week period. These unnecessary deaths are almost all down
to drivers of heavy or long vehicles not seeing them, so keeping windows clean and clear and being
           vigilant is critical. See http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-24989985

Cycling is becoming more popular, with approx 3.11 billion miles ridden in 2012, resulting in 3,222
serious injuries. Ensure you look out for cyclists, and give them plenty of space – at least half a cars
           width.

We are all a product of learning. Every skill we have; everything we know; everything we believe and everything we do has
been learned throughout the course of our lives. Some of us learn best by studying graphs and charts, some through visual
presentations, and some by reading detailed text books. It is important that we receive information in a format that works
for us as individuals! That’s why at Xmo Strata we use a variety of communication platforms such as bulletins, newsletters,
videos etc. However, if you feel there is a better way for us to share health and safety information, please let us know.
Ultimately, your safety is in your hands – but we will do all we can to keep you well informed!
