Value Training For Xmo Strata

Xmo Strata employees are undertaking an eight-module online training course designed to deliver extra value to customers.
The course is based on the company’s XmoMan management information system and the number of modules will be increased in due course.
The programme aims to formalise conduct which is already expected of employees.
Modules cover issues such as re-use of materials, rectifying small problems free of charge even if they are not directly related to the company’s work, finishing projects safely but ahead of schedule, suggesting the redesign of panels so they can be made more cost-effectively and logistics savings (combing deliveries, for example).
