The industry standard is that only one person in any team needs to hold the relevant qualifications for the job being undertaken. All Xmo Strata sign engineers are fully qualified and the company believes that by having the most highly skilled engineers in the industry, customers receive a safer, more accurate and efficient service. Each team member has qualifications in PASMA, IPAF, CSCS, Forecourt Contractor Safety Passport scheme and safety harness certification. First Aid, firefighting, manual handling, safety harness training and slinger/banksmen courses are all provided by the company as part of ongoing training.
