Marden Firm Leads The Way In Health & Safety

27 February 2008

Steve Martin, Managing Director of Kent-based sign installation company Xmo Strata, Staplehurst Road, Marden, has completed the latest NEBOSH national general certificates in occupational safety and health - NGC1, NGC2 and NGC3.

Course modules include everything from managing health and safety practices in the work place, such as setting a policy for health and safety, to controlling workplace hazards including electrical, fire, chemical, physical and construction.

“I am delighted to have gained the NEBOSH course qualifications and would recommend it to others who have responsibilities relating to health and safety in the workplace,” said Steve Martin.

“At Xmo Strata we have an uncompromising attitude towards health and safety regulations and follow a straight-talking open policy to share all information relating to this, including publishing bulletins on our website www.xmostrata.com relating to near miss reports,” he said

The company was started just five years ago, built on the foundations that health and safety and training of all employees were paramount to a successful business. Xmo Strata is now one of the leading sign installation and maintenance firms in the UK.
