Xmo Strata consulted professional pilots to design flight-deck style checklists for its engineers and electricians. In the interests of making its safety procedures even tighter, Managing Director, Steve Martin, was introduced to the extensive checklists routinely used by pilots. Distinct parallels can be drawn between the standards shared by the two service sectors and have enabled Xmo Strata to increase workplace safety even further.
Health and safety is not a competitive issue, we are all human, therefore all capable of making mistakes.
Xmo Strata hopes to alert other companies to potential dangers by sharing its own experiences and raising awareness of how accidents can be avoided.

These highlight issues that will be experienced throughout the industry, and prove a useful tool to encourage the raising of standards and awareness of health and safety issues industry wide.
