We are proud to have carried out several fast-track point-of-sale implementation programmes of up to 900 sites in a 3 week period, for several different clients.
The scope of works typically includes displaying posters, and siting beach flags and/or banners in pre-agreed locations on each site.
The success of programmes of this scale is dependent on excellent planning and project resourcing. Our technologically advanced systems allow us to upload photographs and site documentation to Xmoman using Geotag technology which facilitates accurate reporting. The ability to issue a daily update that includes sites complete and any unforseen or unplanned issues encountered and/or dealt with is a critical tool in ensuring that the client knows exactly what is happening each day; with multiple photographs and associated documentation being received on up to 60 sites every day, robust procedures are critical.
